Jakarta, December 27, 2022 – This announcement is directed at Equity Eligible Creditors (and their respective nominees, assignees or designees, if relevant) pursuant to the composition plan of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (the “Company”) dated 27 June 2022 (the “Composition Plan”).

Equity Eligible Creditors who have correctly submitted complete and valid brokerage account details to the Information Agent (“New Equity Account Details”) will receive the New Equity (as defined in the Composition Plan) in connection with their claims settlement pursuant to the terms of the Composition Plan. The New Equity will be issued and distributed to these creditors on 28 December 2022 into the account as specified in the New Equity Account Details.

The Company does not require any instruction from the creditors to credit the New Equity into the Equity Account, however the creditors may liaise with their relevant custodian, securities company, or securities broker to confirm receipt of the New Equity in their respective account, with the following details:
